sixes + sevens

A form favored by honey bees, and roughly the shape of France (for you geography buffs), the hexagon combines symmetry with satisfying tessellation. A hex is inherently classic, reminding one of the best worn European floors, however, with several of these patterns, we hope to showcase the shape in a more modern light. There are more than six sides to this story.
